Subaru Legacy Concept Debuts in Detroit

Subaru will unveil to the public the Legacy concept when it joins the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit this January.

The concept car will give car lovers a glimpse of what the car maker has stored for them when it comes to production in 2010. The car is being released in celebration of the 20th year of its production.

The lines of the car will give it a stockier look and an aggressive stance compared to its older brothers. The new Legacy will have a sportier look achieved by flaring front fenders and a smaller front fascia.

The car manufacturer does not have a photo release of the interiors of the new Legacy as of press time but promised that it centers on providing a comfortable environment for the driver and for the other occupants through modern and innovative architecture.

The Subaru Legacy concept does not only boast of good exterior looks and fancy interiors but also of a good power plant under its hood. Bolted to this car is a 3.6L six cylinder boxer engine from the Tribeca. The production car though will not sport the same engine so buyers can expect a similar engine installed on the current Legacy.
